📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the coordination and scheduling of fleet activities.,Monitor and maintain records of vehicle maintenance and repairs.,Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.,Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation related to fleet operations.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.,Assist in the planning and organization of fleet-related events and activities.,Support the Fleet Coordinator in achieving operational goals and targets.,Provide administrative support to the fleet department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Knowledge of fleet management software is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian is required; English proficiency is a plus.
