📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist sales consultants in achieving their daily and monthly sales targets.,Provide excellent customer service by answering customer inquiries and addressing their concerns.,Support the sales process by assisting with product demonstrations, promotions, and sales presentations.,Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales data.,Collaborate with the sales team to identify and implement strategies to improve sales performance.,Assist in the organization and execution of sales events, trade shows, and other promotional activities.,Provide post-sale support by following up with customers and ensuring their satisfaction with the purchased products.,Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to support the sales team's efforts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Excellent customer service skills and the ability to handle customer complaints professionally.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with sales techniques, strategies, and tools is a plus.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
