📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of all technical systems across our luxury hotels, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
• Lead a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure high performance and professional development.
• Collaborate with architects and contractors to design and implement innovative engineering solutions that enhance guest experience and operational efficiency.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Manage and optimize the budget for engineering and maintenance activities, ensuring cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.
• Develop and implement a strategic plan for the long-term growth and sustainability of our technical infrastructure.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in the hospitality engineering industry, and recommend improvements to enhance our service offerings.
• Act as a key advisor to the management team on technical matters, providing expert insights to support business decisions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing engineering projects in luxury hotels, with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in high-end facilities.
• Certifications in relevant engineering disciplines, such as LEED AP, or equivalent, are a plus.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop a high-performing engineering team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization.
• Proficiency in using engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and Primavera P6.
• Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Bali, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety and sustainability.
• Ability to travel extensively, as the role may require on-site visits to our properties across Bali.
