Data Migration Lead/Analyst - Deposits Modernization Program

As a Data Migration Lead/Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire data migration process, from planning and execution to post-migration validation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and QA engineers, to ensure that the migration meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency. This role requires a deep understanding of data migration tools and techniques, as well as a strong background in data analysis and project management.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the end-to-end data migration process for the Deposits Modernization Program.
• Serve as the primary liaison between Ascendion’s internal teams and the vendor’s team.
• Develop and implement data migration strategies and plans.
• Monitor and manage the data migration timeline and milestones.
• Conduct pre-migration data validation and post-migration data validation to ensure data integrity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address any issues or challenges during the migration process.
• Provide regular progress updates and reports to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in data migration, data analysis, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of data migration tools such as Informatica, Talend, or Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
• Proven experience in project management and stakeholder communication.
• Certification in data management or a related field is a plus.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
