📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting interviews and selecting the best candidates for our team.,Managing employee onboarding and offboarding processes.,Maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with labor laws.,Facilitating employee training and development programs.,Handling employee relations issues and conflicts.,Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Collaborating with managers to ensure a positive and productive work environment.,Conducting regular performance reviews and providing feedback.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR Generalist role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with recruitment processes and best practices.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
