📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the menu and customer preferences.,Ensure the quality and consistency of food and beverages served to customers.,Supervise and train junior chefs and kitchen staff.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.,Manage inventory and ensure the timely restocking of ingredients.,Participate in menu development and cost control activities.,Adhere to health and safety regulations in the kitchen.,Meet and exceed customer expectations for food quality and service.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Head Chef or similar role in a professional kitchen.,Diploma or degree in Culinary Arts or related field.,Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards.,Ability to manage a team and provide clear instructions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with local and international cuisine.,Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
