Quick Place Corporindo is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead QC Inspector to join our team in Bengkulu. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services, as well as leading and mentoring our QC team. If you have a strong background in quality control and a passion for excellence, we would love to hear from you.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting quality inspections and audits to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.,Leading and mentoring the QC team to ensure they are meeting quality standards and targets.,Identifying and implementing corrective actions to address quality issues.,Maintaining and updating quality control documentation and records.,Conducting training and development activities for the QC team.,Collaborating with other departments to ensure quality standards are met across the organization.,Providing regular reports and updates on quality metrics and trends to senior management.,Ensuring compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quality Control, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a QC Inspector or similar role.,Strong knowledge of quality control principles, methods, and standards.,Experience with quality control software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with ISO 9001 and other quality management systems.,Valid certification in quality control or a related field is a plus.
