📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead and manage the recruitment process from start to finish.,Source, screen, and interview candidates to identify the best fit for our organization.,Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and requirements.,Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent.,Maintain a strong network of potential candidates and industry contacts.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.,Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and progress.,Work closely with the HR team to support other recruitment initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a healthcare or related industry.,Proven track record of successful recruitment and retention of talent.,Strong understanding of recruitment laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with recruitment software and tools is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian is required.
