📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise store staff, ensuring high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor store inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control.,Coordinate with suppliers to maintain product availability and quality.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Maintain a clean and organized store environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a retail management role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and improving store performance.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail industry and consumer behavior.
