As a Senior Fleet Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating our fleet operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate fleet operations, including vehicle maintenance, fuel management, and driver scheduling.,Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.,Monitor vehicle performance and fuel consumption to optimize costs and efficiency.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to resolve any issues or concerns.,Conduct regular fleet audits to identify areas for improvement.,Provide training and support to junior fleet coordinators and drivers.,Maintain accurate records of all fleet activities and transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in fleet coordination or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Proficiency in Indonesian and English.
