Monitor and analyze project budgets to ensure adherence to financial plans.
Develop and implement cost control strategies to optimize project expenses.
Conduct regular financial reviews and provide reports to project managers and stakeholders.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and recommend improvements to project processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial performance with project objectives.
Utilize financial software and tools to track and forecast project expenses.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Provide training and support to project teams on cost control best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in cost control, project management, or financial analysis.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SAP, and other financial software.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Knowledge of construction industry standards and practices.
Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Cost Management (CAPM) is a plus.
