📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the financial operations of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies.,Provide financial advice to the management team.,Oversee the accounting and financial reporting processes.,Manage relationships with external auditors and financial institutions.,Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth.,Monitor and analyze financial performance to identify areas for improvement.,Prepare and present financial reports to the board of directors and stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance management role.,Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting principles.,Proficient in financial software and tools.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations is a plus.
