📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and patrol the premises to prevent unauthorized access and ensure the safety of employees and visitors.,Conduct regular security checks and inspections to identify and address potential security risks.,Respond to security incidents, such as alarms, emergencies, or suspicious activities, in a timely and professional manner.,Maintain and operate security equipment, including CCTV cameras, access control systems, and alarms.,Prepare and maintain security reports and logs, documenting all security-related activities and incidents.,Enforce security policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards.,Provide assistance to other security personnel as needed.,Promote a safe and secure environment for all employees and visitors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 2 years of experience in security guard or related roles.,Strong knowledge of security procedures, policies, and regulations.,Good physical fitness and the ability to perform strenuous activities.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Valid security guard certification or license (preferred).,Familiarity with security equipment and technology.
