📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations and maintenance of luxury condominium properties, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and functionality.
• Manage tenant relations, addressing concerns and resolving issues promptly to maintain resident satisfaction.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and service providers to execute maintenance and renovation projects.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and building codes, and implement safety protocols.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers to secure competitive pricing and quality service.
• Prepare and present financial reports, including income statements, expense reports, and cash flow statements.
• Organize and lead community events and activities to enhance resident engagement and property value.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, applying innovative solutions to property management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in condominium management, preferably in luxury residential properties.
• Proven track record of successfully managing high-end properties, including budgeting, financial reporting, and tenant relations.
• Strong knowledge of local regulations and building codes specific to Bali.
• Certification in property management or a related field is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with tenants, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with property management software, such as Yardi, BuildingIQ, or OnQ, is highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
