As a Fire Safety Manager at IGB Berhad, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of fire safety within our properties. This includes developing and maintaining comprehensive fire safety plans, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with national and international fire safety standards. You will also be involved in emergency response planning and drills, working to minimize the impact of potential fire incidents. Your expertise will be crucial in maintaining the safety and security of our guests and staff, while also contributing to the overall success of our operations.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive fire safety plans for all IGB Berhad properties in Bali.
• Conduct regular fire safety inspections and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
• Ensure compliance with national and international fire safety regulations and standards.
• Provide training and awareness programs to staff on fire safety procedures and protocols.
• Oversee the maintenance and testing of fire protection systems, including fire alarms, sprinklers, and extinguishers.
• Coordinate with local authorities and emergency services to ensure effective emergency response planning.
• Conduct regular fire drills and emergency response exercises to prepare staff for real-life scenarios.
• Monitor and report on fire safety performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Bachelor's degree in Fire Safety, Fire Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in fire safety management, preferably in a hospitality or high-rise environment.
• Certification as a Certified Fire Protection Specialist (CFPS) or similar relevant certification.
• Strong knowledge of local fire safety regulations and codes in Bali.
• Proven experience in risk management and emergency response planning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with fire safety software and tools such as Fire Risk Assessment Software (FRAS) or similar.
