📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and deliver training programs that align with organizational goals and employee development needs.
• Collaborate with HR team to create and implement training schedules and materials.
• Conduct training sessions using various methods, including workshops, webinars, and one-on-one coaching.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Use SAP SuccessFactors and Microsoft Teams to manage training programs and track employee progress.
• Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices to enhance training programs.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to new HR hires to ensure they are equipped with the necessary skills.
• Support the HR team in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR training and development.
• Certification in training and development (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or ATD) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of HRIS systems, particularly SAP SuccessFactors.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering effective training programs.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant HR tools.
