📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide level 1 technical support to end-users, including hardware, software, and network issues.,Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment, including computers, servers, and networking devices.,Monitor and maintain network performance, security, and availability.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly and efficiently.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and software.,Provide training and support to end-users on new IT systems and software.,Maintain accurate records of IT assets and perform regular audits.,Collaborate with other IT team members to ensure the smooth operation of IT services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking.,Familiarity with Windows and Linux operating systems.,Experience with network protocols and troubleshooting techniques.,Knowledge of IT security best practices and principles.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
