In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the recruitment process, sourcing and attracting top talent, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.,Source and attract top talent through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.,Conduct initial candidate interviews and provide feedback to the hiring manager.,Maintain and update the company's applicant tracking system (ATS).,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a positive candidate experience.,Assist in the onboarding process for new hires.,Provide support to the HR team in various administrative tasks.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS).,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Experience with social media recruitment is a plus.,Fluency in English is a plus.
