PT Rahayu Fajar is looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Pematangsiantar, Sumatera Utara. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our logistics operations to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods. This role offers a competitive salary package ranging from Rp 3.000.000 to Rp 7.000.000 per month. We are seeking a candidate who is detail-oriented, organized, and has a strong understanding of logistics principles.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Coordinate and manage logistics operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.,Oversee inventory management and ensure accurate stock levels.,Plan and optimize routes for delivery vehicles to minimize costs and maximize efficiency.,Monitor and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.,Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.,Analyze and report on logistics performance metrics.,Develop and implement strategies to improve logistics processes.,Manage and train logistics staff to ensure high performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role.,Strong understanding of logistics principles and best practices.,Proficient in using logistics software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and customs is a plus.
