As a Palm Oil Mill Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of skilled professionals, implementing best practices, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. You will work closely with our state-of-the-art machinery, including the Bunch Feeder, Kernel Press, and Oil Mill, to optimize production and maintain high-quality output.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the entire production process from Fresh Fruit Bunches (TBS) to Crude Palm Oil (CPO).
• Manage and mentor a team of skilled workers, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to perform their tasks efficiently.
• Implement and monitor production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of products.
• Conduct regular equipment maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety protocols.
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies for operational excellence.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role in the palm oil industry.
• Proven track record of successfully managing production processes and teams.
• Strong understanding of palm oil processing equipment and technologies.
• Certification in Palm Oil Processing or relevant industry qualifications.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
