The Ramon Aboitiz Foundation, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Project Officer to join our team in Bali, Indonesia. This role is crucial in supporting our projects focused on the preservation and promotion of Indonesia's intangible cultural heritage. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement project plans for cultural heritage preservation initiatives.,Coordinate with local communities, cultural practitioners, and stakeholders to ensure project success.,Organize and facilitate workshops, training sessions, and cultural events.,Monitor and evaluate project progress, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.,Prepare and submit project reports, including financial and operational updates.,Assist in the development of grant proposals and funding applications.,Build and maintain relationships with local government agencies and international partners.,Promote the organization's projects and initiatives to raise awareness and support.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Cultural Studies, Anthropology, Social Sciences, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, cultural heritage, or a related field.,Strong understanding of Indonesian cultural heritage and traditions.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with grant writing and funding applications.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Bali and Indonesia.
