Lingkungan Yoga Sate is looking for a dedicated Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our business. This role is perfect for someone who is detail-oriented, efficient, and has a passion for creating a positive work environment. As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our operations, ensuring that our business runs smoothly and efficiently. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the business, ensuring that all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.,Manage and coordinate with various departments to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to the highest standard.,Develop and implement operational strategies and procedures to improve efficiency and productivity.,Monitor and analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and that the workplace is safe for all employees.,Develop and maintain positive relationships with suppliers, customers, and other stakeholders.,Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of staff to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.,Ensure that all financial and administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.,Strong knowledge of operational management principles and practices.,Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.,Familiarity with project management tools and software.,Ability to travel and work in different locations as needed.
