📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the menu and recipes.,Maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.,Assist the Head Chef in planning and organizing kitchen operations.,Supervise and train junior commis chefs and kitchen staff.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Manage inventory and kitchen supplies.,Participate in cost control and menu planning activities.,Assist in special events and promotions as required.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role.,Proven experience in a professional kitchen environment.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian and international cuisine.,Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
