📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain accurate cost estimates for construction projects, including materials, labor, and equipment.,Analyze project requirements and specifications to ensure that cost estimates are realistic and achievable.,Review and approve vendor quotes and bids to ensure that they are competitive and in line with project budgets.,Prepare detailed cost reports and presentations for clients and stakeholders.,Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure that cost estimates are integrated into project plans.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure that cost estimates are accurate and compliant.,Provide mentorship and guidance to junior cost estimators and support staff.,Participate in project meetings and provide cost-related input as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in cost estimation for construction projects.,Strong knowledge of construction materials, labor rates, and equipment costs in Bali.,Proficiency in cost estimation software, such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, or similar tools.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.,Familiarity with Indonesian construction industry regulations and standards.,Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
