📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Managing the recruitment and selection process for new employees.,Ensuring compliance with all labor laws and regulations.,Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.,Conducting employee performance evaluations and providing feedback.,Managing employee benefits and compensation packages.,Handling employee relations and conflict resolution.,Assisting in the development and implementation of training programs.,Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong understanding of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English is a plus.,Experience with HR information systems (HRIS) is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
