📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service.,Manage and develop a team of staff, providing training and guidance to enhance their skills and performance.,Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.,Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.,Monitor and analyze sales and financial performance, making data-driven decisions to improve profitability.,Ensure the restaurant meets all health and safety regulations, and maintain a clean and organized environment.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and promptly.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration and coordination.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in a high-volume or upscale setting.,Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both staff and customers.,Proficiency in using restaurant management software and point-of-sale systems.,Knowledge of food and beverage industry trends, regulations, and best practices.,Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
