📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.,Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.,Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth sales operations.,Provide excellent customer service and support to enhance customer satisfaction.,Manage and update the company's CRM system to track customer interactions and sales activities.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company's products and services.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or a related field.,Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with the local market and industry trends is a plus.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
