📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations.,Prepare and review tax returns, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.,Conduct tax audits and investigations to identify and resolve any tax issues.,Provide tax advice and guidance to clients and internal stakeholders.,Stay up-to-date with changes in tax laws and regulations, and ensure that the company's tax practices are in compliance.,Manage and mentor junior tax staff, providing training and support as needed.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that tax considerations are integrated into business decisions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax compliance and reporting.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.,Proficiency in using tax software and other relevant tools.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Professional certification in taxation (e.g., CPA, CMA, or equivalent) is a plus.
