📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Maintain and repair equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance and longevity,Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues, and implement solutions to prevent recurrence,Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve processes and efficiency,Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards,Perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime and maximize productivity,Document and report on equipment performance, maintenance activities, and any issues encountered,Train and mentor junior technicians on best practices and safety procedures,Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our equipment is always at the forefront of innovation

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a technician or in a similar role,Strong knowledge of industrial equipment and machinery, including but not limited to CNC machines, welding equipment, and hydraulic systems,Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and repairing complex mechanical and electrical systems,Familiarity with safety procedures and regulations, and a commitment to maintaining a safe working environment,Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and a strong problem-solving attitude,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken,Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to job sites as needed
