📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement customer retention strategies that align with Sharia principles.,Monitor customer satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly.,Conduct regular customer feedback sessions to gather insights and improve services.,Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns aimed at retaining existing customers.,Ensure all customer interactions and services are compliant with Sharia guidelines.,Provide training and support to customer service representatives on Sharia-compliant practices.,Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for retention.,Work closely with the sales team to upsell and cross-sell products to existing customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer retention or a similar role in the financial services industry.,Strong understanding of Sharia principles and their application in financial services.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using data analysis tools and software.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple priorities.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.,Knowledge of the local market and customer preferences in Bali.
