📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise all store operations to ensure smooth and efficient performance.,Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed store targets.,Train and mentor staff to ensure high levels of customer service and product knowledge.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail or store management role.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.,Knowledge of retail software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail industry and market trends is a plus.
