📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and execute a variety of events, including corporate galas, product launches, and community festivals.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and develop creative event concepts.
• Manage event budgets, vendor relationships, and logistics.
• Coordinate with venues, caterers, and other service providers to ensure seamless event execution.
• Promote events through social media and other marketing channels to maximize attendance and engagement.
• Analyze event performance and provide insights to improve future events.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in event planning.
• Assist in the development and implementation of the company's event strategy.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in event planning or promotions, preferably in Bali or a similar tropical destination.
• Proficient in event planning software such as Eventbrite, Cvent, or Bizzabo.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative and innovative thinker with a passion for event planning.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
