As a Pollution Control Officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our operations comply with environmental regulations while driving sustainable growth. In this dynamic role, you'll work closely with our team in Canggu to monitor and control environmental impacts, implement pollution prevention measures, and ensure compliance with local and international environmental standards.

As a Pollution Control Officer, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including conducting environmental audits, developing and implementing environmental management systems, and providing training to staff on environmental best practices. You'll work with a team of professionals to ensure that our operations are in line with the highest environmental standards.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct environmental audits and inspections to ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards.
Develop and implement environmental management systems, including pollution prevention and control measures.
Monitor and report on environmental performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
Provide training and guidance to staff on environmental best practices and procedures.
Collaborate with regulatory agencies and stakeholders to ensure compliance with environmental laws and regulations.
Develop and maintain environmental policies and procedures in accordance with international standards such as ISO 14001.
Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies to minimize environmental impacts.
Participate in environmental impact assessments and sustainability reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in environmental compliance and pollution control.
Certification in environmental management systems, such as ISO 14001, is a plus.
Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and standards, including local and international laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Experience with environmental software tools such as SAP EHS, QHSE, or similar.
