Data Migration Lead/Analyst - Deposits Modernization Program

In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary liaison between our internal teams and the selected vendor’s team, ensuring seamless data migration and modernization of our deposit products. As a Data Migration Lead/Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire data migration process, from planning and execution to post-migration validation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and QA engineers, to ensure that the migration meets the highest standards of quality and efficiency. This role requires a deep understanding of data migration tools and techniques, as well as a strong background in data analysis and project management.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Oversee the end-to-end data migration process for the Deposits Modernization Program.
- Serve as the primary liaison between Ascendion’s internal teams and the vendor’s team.
- Develop and implement data migration strategies and plans.
- Monitor and manage the data migration timeline and milestones.
- Conduct pre-migration data validation and post-migration data validation to ensure data integrity.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address any issues or challenges during the migration process.
- Provide regular progress updates and reports to stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5-7 years of experience in data migration, data analysis, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of data migration tools such as Informatica, Talend, or Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS).
- Proven experience in project management and stakeholder communication.
- Certification in data management or a related field is a plus.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
