📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead and manage BIM processes for M&E systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and project requirements.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to integrate BIM technologies into construction projects.
• Develop and implement BIM execution plans, schedules, and workflows to streamline project delivery.
• Provide technical support and training to project teams on BIM software and best practices.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure seamless integration of BIM data into construction processes.
• Monitor project progress and identify opportunities for improvement in BIM implementation.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in BIM technologies and industry trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in BIM coordination and management, with a focus on M&E systems.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing BIM processes in construction projects.
• Proficiency in industry-leading BIM software, including Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and Tekla.
• Strong understanding of building codes, standards, and regulations relevant to M&E systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
