In this role, you will work closely with engineers and production teams to design, develop, and refine molds for complex components. Your daily tasks will include operating and programming CNC machines, ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of the manufacturing process. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and quality control, ensuring that every mold meets the stringent requirements of our clients.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and program CNC machines to create and maintain molds with high precision.
• Collaborate with engineers and production teams to design and develop molds for complex components.
• Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of the manufacturing process through continuous monitoring and quality control.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to mold production and quality.
• Maintain and calibrate machinery to ensure optimal performance.
• Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
• Participate in regular training and development programs to stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices.
• Contribute to team meetings and discussions to share insights and improve processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Mold Maker Operator or similar role in the manufacturing industry.
• Proven expertise in operating and programming CNC machines.
• Strong understanding of mold making techniques and materials.
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or CATIA.
• Ability to work in a team and collaborate effectively with engineers and production teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of quality control processes and standards.
• Valid certification in mold making or related field is a plus.
