Operations Manager - Surabaya

As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our parking facilities, managing staff schedules, and implementing operational improvements. You will work closely with the RBM to develop and execute strategic plans, ensuring that our facilities meet the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and customer service.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and supervise a team of 10-15 staff, ensuring high levels of operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Oversee daily operations, including staff scheduling, maintenance, and customer service at our parking facilities.
• Implement and monitor operational improvements, utilizing data analytics and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with the Regional Business Manager (RBM) to develop and execute strategic plans for the Surabaya facilities.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards, including ISO 9001 and OHSAS 18001.
• Manage and maintain parking equipment, including automated payment systems, CCTV surveillance, and smart parking solutions.
• Develop and implement training programs for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure operational excellence.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, with a proven track record in parking and toll road management.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting.
• Experience with parking management software, such as ParkMobile or Parking Solutions.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Certification in operations management or a related field is a plus.
• Familiarity with Indonesian regulations and industry standards in the parking and toll road management sector.
